Fleeting
I'd like some advice on fleeting, I would like to be able to make decent hits. Most of my current revenue comes from raiding inactives with cargos and my combat fleet does nothing but fleetsave.
How do you guys find targets and determine a good target.
I find people fall into two categories:
1- too big to hit without my RIPs and then they see them coming in plenty of time
2- too far away
What am I doing wrong?
